Meditation courses can also be held outside of Dhamma Dvara—in schools or other institutions for children and young people—provided that there are meditators who can organize them.
Such one-day courses for children offer children and young people the opportunity to learn Anapana meditation in a very short time so that they can apply it in their everyday lives.
This is particularly effective if the children are then encouraged to continue practicing regularly, e.g., as part of their lessons, leisure group, etc.
Experience has shown that organizing such a course is particularly easy if the person in charge is in regular professional or personal contact and exchange with the parents and children. In addition, parents and supervisors should be informed about the project in good time and involved in the planning.
